  • To be business ready for aged care and NDIS reforms.
  • To grow and diversify income and funding sources and grow the organisation’s annual turnover to $5 million.
  • To improve our visibility, marketing and communications to promote the organisation, disseminate information and to advocate to government and stakeholders to address community need.
  • To model environmentally sustainable business practices.
